Our split level deluxe apartments are situated on first floor level with a stairway from the apartment hallway leading up to a master bedroom with itís own separate en-suite shower room. Many companies that use our apartments find this split level arrangement ideal for this allows two business people to share an apartment yet still retain their own privacy and independence, with shared use of the lounge and kitchen facilities.The master bedroom has a king size bed, a TV/video as well as its own en-suite shower room. There is ample wardrobe space plus hangers and we have not forgotten the all important alarm clock and hairdryer!

Stylishly furnished throughout with the home comforts of private telephone with a direct line, TV with Freeview channels, DVD, and video. High-speed access to the Internet via our wireless system is free of charge.
The fully equipped kitchen include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob & oven, microwave and toaster. There is ample crockery, cutlery and utensils, including iron and ironing board... in fact we think we have provided everything including the kitchen sink! The second bedroom is on the first floor. It has a double bed, wardrobes and a bathroom next to it.
Each apartment has a reserved parking space in the Old Coalyard Car-park.
